Cool, this should make the beta more enjoyable. The problem is that most MGS fans I know are waiting for the bundle to come out in June. As a result they’ll be missing out on this hotness.
The new sneaking mode sounds like a blast.
I went by Bierko back in the Subsistence days. I got up to Hound rank. I was also rocking Jaws rank for awhile since I was so fond of the knife. I loved me some Brown Town, great map.

We should get some small groups going here for some local SRK clan/unit matches. We just need people who have mics and can play as a team.
I highly recommend use of Ventrilo/Skype over the in-game stuff. I have a USB mic, and don’t wanna shell out any money for a Bluetooth.

A USB mic should be fine for MGO right? I have a logitech one I got for my PS2.
Yeah we should start planning now/over the weekend. An #irc channel or AIM chatroom would help speed up getting games together. The beta is only going to be for a couple weeks, and while I’m sure it will be enjoyable to fuck around in pubs, I would get much more enjoyment out of it playing it with SRK/friends.
I have the PS2 USB headset I bought for Subsistence MGO, hopefully it will work well enough in the beta. Eventually I’m going to grab that MGS4 Bluetooth headset for the retail game.
I’ve got vent so I’m down for some teamwork as well. I’ve got an old Logitech USB headset I used for the PS2.
