Watched the vids. I approve of the changes made. Here’s what I noticed…
General: Circuit spark seems very useful. Crits are now displayed instead of red-flashed. There’s an assload of new stages. Not sure what this “Reverse Beat” thing is.
Kohaku: extended air combos with charged B sword off 2C 5C…
Warc: Seems mostly the same.
Hisui: Vase toss goes way the hell up now. Frying pan is jump cancellable. Still stupidly top tier.
Ren: EX ICE BACK TO OLD SPEED. Not only that, it hits for full 8 hits OTG. Has her shield bunker as a launcher normal now. Air EX ice nerfed?? Cats seem to stay out longer but are still generally useless. She also still has her teleport, which seems to be undocumented. Charged B ice goes upwards more, comes out faster, and isn’t just A and B put together now.
Satsuki: EX grab loses range, but it still goes far. Still no air combos.
V. Sion: Decent play, but nothing really new.
Kouma: Rekkas, hyper-armor fire stomp anti-air, anti-air kick super, air rekkas that groundslam for invalid relaunches that are tech punishable… mean fucker.
Arcueid: Can still link 5A after 623B, but not sure if 2C 623B works anymore. 623C actually useful now. 62C throw actually slams on the ground now like in MB.
It looks like they’re meshing together some of the more popular move properties from MB and ReACT in AC, like Arc’s old 62C throw, Ren’s pre-2.007 EX Ice, Nero’s MB EX Crows, and so on.
