good shit royal, did you manage to do the ippatsuman/polymar combo that is on nicovideo? the one that involves OTG with ippatsus qcb + b during polymar drill super, thats a good one to learn.
I really like using polymars VHC, since in the corner, a super that doesnt knock you into the air + polymar drill, gives you a fantastic setup for many things like rockman infinite, chuns infinite (i use this one a lot), or just long ass combos, and the best of all is that you can still call polymar as an assist after the VHC

I tried doing that combo on nicovideo, but I found that this combo I discovered is so much easier and still very strong. I literally was just trying to learn some combos after trying to see what stuff Polymar could get after mega crashing in the corner as well as watching some tourney vids from Japan on nico. Those combos eventually became what I posted and recorded later in the week.
BTW, after some testing, these corner assist combos actually work quite consistently with Doronjo and Alex assist. Dornojo’s assist actually make this combo more failure-proof, while using Alex’s assist in combo Polymar 5C sometimes has to be omitted after the assist hits and go straight into charge back, forward+A.
Ok, so this is probably already known, but I found something rather devious with Polymar’s command grab and a Tekkaman assist.
Now, we all know that Polymar’s grab can be teched, right? Well as a PTX player, I know that when the opponent is in the ‘teched’ state, they cannot block in the air, and are only able to use special moves.
If you use a Tekkaman assist right before using Polymar’s command grab (pose + 5C) you essentially will deal damage to the opponent whether they tech or not, because even if they do tech, Tekkaman will grab them out of the air with his lariat and there’s nothing they can do about it.
Jun also seems to work pretty well too.
And yeah, that flying kick infinite can just be blocked.
Here are a couple of combos I’ve been messing with. Keep in mind that I just started messing with TvC like 3 days ago, and I started messing with Polimar like 2 hours before these combos were capped. Didn’t use any BRQ, Ducks, or Meter. I also didn’t do any research (so I just had to make up combos on the fly). Just 1 assist. I’ve actually gotten closer to 33k but since the combos were so similar, I didn’t bother to cap. I have some more theories on cranking damage up, and I will probably cap them tonight. For now, enjoy.

This combo is basically the culmination of the other ones. You won’t see much new except for the IAD C x2 at the start. Anyway, looks cool. Have some more coming soon.

This one is somewhat funny. I originally had the DHC from Polimar to Soki happening after a Poli 3C launch and air combo. However, he still falls has to fall to the ground before he can be DHC’ed in, and that didn’t happen while Soki was performing his super. So instead, I just did it of 623CC214C.
Ah! Good to see that I’m not the only one who sees the value of using the Handou Sandangeri mid-combo. It’s actually easier to combo either B or C versions on the ground with the proper assist now.
49.916 billion 20% Baroque 1HC Polymar/Ryu 100% combo. Similar to iloveu’s combo, but I took out a few things and added in a :d::snkc:, :r: + :snkc: before the razor chain kicks.
A simple combo beginning with Storm Kamae’s Polimar Slide attack.

You dont need any symbols or super at all when starting the combo.
no Assist
no Boroque
Basically an alternate and efficient way to start a combo.
Im experimenting with other alternate ways also.
EDIT: I Dont know if this is general knowledge or not. I just found out that polimars Vacuum spin does 16.518 bil when grounded as opposed to the 11.966 bil when done in the air.
