I was being sarcastic about GG. ;p I’ve already played SF4 a bit at UPin with Sagat, looking forward to picking up Rose too on console. It’s my first ‘legit’ Cap game since I decided that I was too far behind the curve to legit pick up CVS2 or Third, though I played both for shiggles.
The toughest thing for me to adjust is mostly the oki. It’s like, crossup / not a crossup into like, two ticks and a throw? One tick and a throw? Ground Overheads into 1/3 life combos are out the window.
lol at this gamestop shit. you gotta win 3 tournies on 3 different days to get this stick. not worth it. i suggest people go to the third round and money match the winner to take his stick.
You think some pad scrub will accept a money match? I don’t have to travel anywhere until round 3. So easy to get the Ryu headband and a fight pad.
But yeah, even if some pad scrub challenged me if I did win the TE stick, I wouldn’t risk it being on pad for one, and I wouldn’t wanna waste my time doing that.
Whats up NoVA, great news for me! I may be moving up north again. For those who are like, where did that tall irish cat from York go? I moved back home for a bit. I plan on moving to Fredricksburg VA in the next month. So you all need to get at me on where everyone is playing. Thx, peace.
pad or not I am winning r1 and r2 and maybe 3 but thats probably not gonna happen if “hold dat” shows up. he is a “pad player” and shouldnt have any problem playing.
Hmm…Ryu and Chun can get you very far fundamentally. Playing ST on GGPO also helps a lot…I know I did once I kept getting fireball/uppercutted in SF4 :sad:. Now it’s the other way around though :badboy: :badboy:.
But yeah, in my biased opinion, all about Chun!! :lovin:
I’m gonna use Chun to get my headband. I used her for the first time last night. Very good, I can see her being a scrub killer, and she seems pad friendly…
