i got the $$ to buy my ticket, but i need a date. anybody bought their ticket yet?
tickets are going up!! last time i checked, they were $295. now they are ~$350.
i’m buying my tickets next week. i’m flying from IAD (dulles) to LAX and chillin with some socal ppls. then we’re road trippin it to vegas. get tickets now!!!
I just got done buying tickets for my bro and I. I wanted to leave early and stay later. I’m arriving Wendesday night the 7th and going back Tuesday night the 12th. I got em on Jet Blue since they seemed to be a bit cheaper than what I saw on expedia.com for similar flights. Paid 340 dollars including taxes for the ticket.
Now I’m looking into some hotel deals. That MGM thing looks good if it really is free to sign up. I guess they’re assuming you’ll spend money once you get to gambling. I don’t necessarily need anything that grand though and would be fine starting out at Hooters and then going to Tropicana with the Evo rate…then possibly shooting back to Hooters or MGM depending on which is cheaper. I’ll let you guys know if I settle with anything and possibly decide on rooming together. Right now I’m just looking to make sure I have some cheap stay for a day or 2 once I get there. Hooters has weekday rooms for like 39 bucks a night.
If anybody is going to be there like Wednesday night lemme know. That way I can figure out if I should get a room for Wed night or not. I should be arriving around 10:30pm Vegas time.
DJ, if you’re getting a room, Steve, Jason and I would love to split the costs.

Aight Havoc and the gang…I just got rooms booked for Thur-Sat at the Tropicana. Apparently the rooms have just been upgraded to Paradise rooms. Looks a bit more spacious and there’s an extra sofa and chair to sit on/sleep. I’m thinking about doing a room for Sunday as well so we don’t have to dip out of the room first thing Sunday morning. I’ll let you guys know. We’ll figure out the cost split once we’re done with Evo. That would make 5 people in the room including my bro and I. Looks like u should plan to bring a bit more or less than 70 a person for Thur-Sat. If you guys plan to stay Sunday as well it’ll be a bit more. We’ll see. I’m not trying to crowd up the room too much so I think I’ll just cap it off with that unless there’s an emergency situation.

I decided to go ahead and check in for Wednesday the 6th and Sunday the 10th as well since I’ll get there like midnight Thursday morning. Otherwise I don’t have a place to sleep Wenesday night. I’m assuming you guys are leaving Monday morning so you’ll just pay for Thursday-Sunday and head out Monday. I’ll be there till Tuesday night though incase anyone plans to stay a day later like I am. I’ll probably switch over to Hooters for Monday night.
We may stay until Tuesday also.
