I dunno. Some of these guys are real pervs, but I find it hard to believe that this is not entrapment or something.

I mean, don’t you actually have to COMMIT a crime to be charged for one? Where’s the crime in going to some house where a 23 year old is PRETENDING to be a 13 year old? There’s no minor even present in the situation. Yeah, they’re creepy. Yeah, they are sick fucks most likely. But that’s not committing a crime.

So what if they have condoms or a penis pump. That’s circumstantial.

This is some serious minority report thought police shit going on.

And that chick ‘pretending’ to be 13… :hitit:

If all “13 year olds” looked like that, i think 50% of the male population would be in jail. I mean, if she’s not actually under age, can you blame the guys for being attracted to her?

Since child molestation is a very heavy thing in America–I think law enforcement puts laws in place to prevent even the potential of a child being sexually assaulted. Yes, its true that a child isn’t “technically present” at the scene, with no risk of endangerment sexually to a child–but according to the “presented” situation–the potential offender is present based on the preconceived notion that they will be with a minor for a sexual encounter, that’s enough to validate a felony according to state law.

well they charge the guys with intent and put them on prohbation, basically based on the conversation… some charges on a lot of the guys got dropped because on this entrapment shit though… and hell fucking yes i would tap that girl, are you kidding me, i know chris hansen is.

The only way that these sting operations would be entrapment would be if the “child” is adamantly going out to solicit these encounters by enticing the the potential suitor. From what I’ve seen they only make usernames in chatrooms that give away their “age” and wait for these weirdos to start chatting it up.

It’s like C-Blanka camping out with a full bar waiting for someone to jump in…these guys are weirdos and have problem so they’re stupid enough to do so.

they only operate in states with more serious child molestation laws, I think they vary a bit but generally the states they operate in have some sort of law against intent to have sex with a minor.(intent being even the act of driving to the house IF intent can be proved I THINK)
