yo, the mexicans JUST found out what “money matches” are, its a landmark discovery for their kind. For those in the know, the double akuma guy was talking maddddd shit to another mexican…justin juan not involved, but was seen watching.
if i buy cvs2 on ebay whats the most i should pay for it?
new/used, whichever…joeO got a cell phone!
oh, and who would be a good 3rd to learn for c-ken/joe? right now its yama, but apparently c-yama aint worth it according to some…any advice? thanks folks
shit i kinda thought that but im too inexperienced to know for sure.i guess it would just be better to learn multiple grooves then. i really wanna be a good joe player, sorry for the noob questions,im just looking to branch out from marvel and A3. this may sound wierd, but whos a good character for fighting with your back in the corner? i was thinking hibiki, but once again, dunno.thanks hav.you goin to erics tourney?i know its only cvs1,but still.
YouTube vids do help, don’t get me wrong…I just kinda get miffed when I see people posting them like etched in stone instructional guides of how to play a character.
Vids are informative, but the bottom line is you still have to learn to adapt to opponents in a tournament setting.
Dan is a good solid, team shoto player–but I think Nakanishi plays a better set IMO. The thing is watch your “favorite” player but don’t seek to mimmick it–figure out the overall gamplay and hone your skills with the character based on that. I think that’s why alot of people get fucked up and wonder why in CVS2…" I picked team blah blah blah, and I still lost?!" I’m not saying vids don’t have anything good to offer but the best thing is learning it yourself and getting the feel of how to play the character effectively so you don’t think about it–not that you’re conciously mimmicking a famous player.
im aware, im not asking HOW to play the characters, im capable of learning that on my own/with comp. i was just asking for…recommendations i guess…but i do agree with what youre saying. no defence, thanks for the pointers (also welcome to 3-0done),nokato thanks for the reminder^_^. i guess ill just stop asking questions and state that im gonna pick up hibiki, and learn whatever groove is best for joe:nunchuck:
edit my favorite players are BAS and buktooth.and the people who helped/are helping me learn how to play.
props:pray:
thanks for the tips. i always wanted to learn a-groove, just seemed too hard for my current level.
i actually used to play k-joe,guess ill go back now,…im gonna stick with c groove for now.since its compatible (relatively) with most of the chracters i can play.
Anyone selling a HRAP in the area…my Tekken Stick’s “Strong” button is dying and I’m trying to repair or replace the stick asap. If anyone can let know I’d appreciate it.
