The line of difference here is that in those parts of the world, such as the underground shit that happens here in the US have LAWS against it. Therefore people secretly breaking that are deemed national criminals.
What you guys refuse to put in your heads is that all that fucked up stuff is illegal in the countries they are done on, but shit like chaining an dog/cat and stomping it to death for pleasure is not considered illegal. These people who commit this monstrosity are not indigenous or primitive like tribes; they are not doing it due to brain washed cultural/religious rituals, they are normal social living people doing it because it is “fun” and they are not restricted in it.
Problem with China is it’s that it is a secular nation that lost its culture during the shenanigans that happened some thirty odd years back.
