MC Cthulhu to converter question

If I have a stick that has an MC Cthulhu in it with an RJ45 jack that has a ps2 plug in can I use a ps2–>360 converter to play on 360 instead of installing a 360 pcb or chimp along with the Cthulhu?

Yes.

Even if you installed ChImp, it be weird to also have Multi-Console Cthulhu.
Because both of those are PlayStation 3.
