I’m scared!

LOL, anywhot, yeah the other day I was unable to post until a moderator was able to take a look at what was going on and fixed it for me. So bizarre stuff is happening.

With that said, to get back on topic. Anyone ever find these things on the cheap again? Man that Amazon deal was great, but having em shipped from overseas is kind of a bummer since it jacks up the price.

I tried this stick on the 360 for the first time yesterday and I couldn’t get it to work. I have been using it without any problems on PC and PS3 for the last couple months.

No response at all from the xbox or the stick. Other sticks worked fine on the xbox. I tried plugging it into my computer later that day and it worked fine.

Anyone know what may be causing this problem?

Can anyone tell me if this will fit an s-plate for LS-32?

As long as it’s a S plate for a LS-32/LS-40 I don’t see why not.

Earlier, someone pointed out that it uses the qanba mounts, meaning you can remove the plate entirely and mount it straight to the case.

Are you sure you have the right one?

Where can I get this for $69?

I have only found it on amazon for $100 with shipping.

I’m pretty sure I do. I bought it from Amazon and the stick I got looks how it should.

My PCB died on me yesterday. It will occasionally decide to work for just a moment and then die again. Sometimes it’ll show up in Windows as a “PLAYSTATION3 CONTROLLER” which it never did before, so I can only assume that something internally is on the fritz.

I’ll be putting a PS360+ in here, hopefully it won’t die like my last one did.

Also, not sure if it’s been mentioned yet, but the Hayabusa fits in this stick just fine using a mounting plate. I opted to solder each directional connection directly to each switch, in part because the harness doesn’t quite fit in the stock configuration, but also because I didn’t feel like putting together a 5pin adapter.

Try replacing the usb cable before your write it off as dead.

Stop wrapping the USB cable around the stick

Doing that eventually ruins the cable.

Use Velcro cable ties instead

I don’t wrap it around. Why would I? It has a cable compartment. The grommet is there for a reason, too.

I did a continuity test on the cable and it came out fine. Now I probably will directly solder each wire just to see if there’s an issue with the terminals on the connector, but I still think there is a problem with the PCB itself. I’ll be sure to let you all know what I come up with.

Maybe there is a chance you bought the Venom PS3/PS4 arcade stick? haha
They look similar.

Ehhh…not that similar. I’m sure I have the mayflash.

Yep, the PCB is dead. Directly soldered each wire to the PCB and the same thing happens. Good thing I have a PS360+ on the way.

@hibachifinal: I wouldn’t get too excited just yet. That may just be Play-Asia screwing the pooch, though perhaps they have an inside scoop the rest of the world doesn’t.

Hey guys, I have V2 fight stick for a couple of months now and so happy with it.

I have read whole thread and I have a question;

I also checked before razer and Qanwa arcade sticks and all of them’s joysticks are a bit loose for me after all those years played on arcade machines. Some of you guys may know what I mean usually on arcade machines have more solid joysticks.

So do you know any model of joystick which is more solid or how may I make more solid my current one?
(Sorry for my english if use wrong words to explain my point by “solid” and “loose”.)

Since it’s Mayflash, though, you probably need to buy converters to play it on all of those.

i’m having a issue with the rb/r1 button on the mayflash where it sound like it stuck and sound like it clogged (it sounded like it when it first came to me) anybody know how i can fix this issue
