Just so you guys know, we are very aware of the conflict in scheduling for SF4 and T6, but since we decided for this to be a monthly tournament going into EVO, it’s going to be difficult to work around it if we don’t do it on May 31st. If any of you guys are from the Tekken community, please speak up and let us know how you feel. And also you mother fucks from the SF4 community. I love you guys <3
Who would have thought Concord would have one of the larger SF tournaments going in the Bay.
SF > Tekken all day long for me.
It’s not necessarily Concord, it’s more along the lines of a good geographic compromise for everyone all over NorCal, and I think that’s one of the biggest contributing factors to why this tournament has been very successful in the last two months.
I feel as if a lot of the people that play street fighter 4 dont really play tekken 6. i mean i could be wrong, but why miss the most hype tourney ever to just to go to a tekken 6 tourney.
also we got hamburgers and beer, what more could you ask for.
Ricky and Emphy are both tekken players.

i think it’s more along the line of rescheduling for the community.
winning a 128+ man tourney isn’t really the same if the previous champion isn’t there. (tho it’s still pretty good…) but then you get all those random arguments about “wouldn’t have been the same if so and so was there…” etc etc.
yeah, the whole issue is Ricky was #1 like Allen said. Not having him there takes away from possible competition cause he was responsible for knocking out a lot of top players.
that’s like saying tiger woods is injured, he won’t be at the masters even though he won last year. lets reschedule guys.
look at mma, when a champ has a major injury, they create an interim title until the champ is recovered.
