Great tournament, can’t wait for the next one. Thanks to all that were involved in putting this together and ensuring it ran smoothly.
Had a lot of fun and met some new people. Congrats to all the winners. Learned a few lessons if MvC3 is gonna be played on 360. First is that I need to get my own 360 stick. I know at one point I was using the left six buttons on one stick and the right six(my preferred way of playing) on the rest of them. Not gonna make any excuses since I lost the matches I deserved to lose, but it definitely affected me either thinking too much about keeping my fingers over the right buttons or just flat out missing inputs or hitting the wrong ones. Definitely something I need to think about before I attend another tourney as thats definitely on me for not having the right equipment.
I will say that everyone was extremely helpful with letting me borrow their sticks and pointing me in the right direction in terms of who I’m playing and where. My only real beef is that in the future make sure every setup has all the characters. I played about half of my matches not being able to select Shuma or Jill and the other half I could. Other than that one beef I had a great time and look foward to attending future events.
Good games to everyone in T6 and Arcana. Glad that Tekken is being played again.
