Hi I am new to Srk but regularly post on arcade forums and have been holding local fighter meets for some time now. I have quite an extensive collections of arcades both jp and american cabs. I will be hosting a fighter meet at my warehouse on Saturday May 18th from 12pm to 7pm. I will be featuring all the old favorites 3s, Cvs2, Mvc2, ST, Motw, Vsav2, Alpha 3, KI 1,2 plus and will be showcasing Power instinct 5/Matrimelle 2 on my newly acquired taito x2. We can also run console fighters on any of my blasts if people are interested in UMVC3, SFXT, SFIVAE, or KOF XIII. I also have a virtual on and Initial D 3 twin setupI that will be available to play. I just got done tidying the place up and hanging some of my artwork so lets make this one the biggest funnest meet to date. There will be no cover charge and the games will all be set to free play. All I ask is that you bring a good competitive attitude and don’t abuse or tinker with the cabinets in any way!!!Feel free to invite any friends and post up here on the thread to get hype and let everyone know your gonna throw down!!!
I’m down for some umvc3. I live in Hayward too so I’m really close, had no idea there was this awesome warehouse nearby! I have the game for 360 and two dual modded sticks I can bring. Let me know if you need help with anything. Do you hold any weekly events?
Also, 5/18 is a Friday. Did you mean Saturday the 19th?
Yea sorry it will be the 19th. And yea please feel free to come through and bring a friend or two. You can bring your sticks if you want but we will be running the console games on a blast city arcade cabinet with all sanwa hardware so they are not needed. I don’t hold weekly events but we run brackets at the bigger meets and we do session there a few days a week. When you roll through on Saturday I’ll get your # and shoot you a text on days we are gonna session. Also if there is enough interest I wouldn’t be opposed to weekly events.
Wow I also live in Hayward cant believe something like this was so close. I would love to join in that day, i hate that i can only stay for a couple of hours because of work but I cant wait to go!

Ok duplicate thread made. Also I have been getting a lot of interest in Street Fighter X Tekken and Ultimate Marvel 3 so I will set up the xbox360 cabs with those games initially but we can change them In anyone wants to play SFIVAE or KOF XIII
I’m in Fremont and am way down to come out. I’ll drop by for a bit if it’s an all day thing. Games I’ll play depending on what you have and what people are playing: ST, VSav, KOF13, AE.
Well tomorrow is the day people I have got a lot of interesting pm’s and I appreciate all the posts and kind regards. It’s looking like there might be a ton of support for this maybe even enough for me to open it up as a weekly event! I hope you are all able to make it out and if not thanks for the moral support.
UPDATE my friend that was gonna bring the modern fighters flaked on me last minute. I have kof xiii and sfiv but if someone could please bring umvc3 and sxt for 360 I would really appreciate it. Shoot me a pm if you can bring it so we don’t end up with 50 million people having to bring their discs. Also I have breakers but not breakers revenge sorry.
