The Return of Final Winter Dance part 2!

It’s been sometime, but Austin has finally came up with another tournament to help fill in that missing gap of events happening around Texas for the FGC.

The Dallas scene has been very successful with their own bar fights, we’ve decided to STEAL the idea because; WE’RE LIKE THAT! WHAT YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT, HUH!!! …and decided to host our own ‘Bar Fight’.

With the support of ‘Play N Trade’, we’ve been given the opportunity to host a tournament fighting game event over at ‘Big Daddy’s Burgers & Bar’ venue! Big thanks to the owner of the Trades.
(Play N Trade is located in the same shopping center as Big Daddy’s. If you can’t find it… well… I dunno)

Games hosted will be:

  • Street Fighter 4 Arcade Edition 2012 ($10) ~ 1:30 pm

  • Marvel vs Capcom 3 ($10) ~ 2:30 pm

  • Injustice ($10) ~ 4:30

  • King of Fighters 13 ($5) ~ 5:00 pm

  • AquaPazza ($5) ~ Whenever one of the games reaches finals

  • Registration begins at 1:00 pm.
    Venue fee ~ $5 per person.

  • Rewards ~ Top 3 are awarded cash prizes (70/20/10 split).

Games will be hosted on the Xbox 360.
AquaPazza will be on PS3.

Sorry for no Tekken. When I asked Austin Tekken peeps as well as other players what’s up, no one said anything. We even had a vote for the 4th game (tekken being one of them), yet Aquapazza somehow won (fuck that game lol).

I’ll have rules posted up very shortly. But it’s your basic every day rules.

Is there late Registration, I was planning on coming from San Angelo, Texas and wanted to enter the injustice tournament at 4:30 but i would probably be in Austin around 2.

You just go ahead and sign up in person. Just be sure to sign up before the game starts.

FYI: There’s a $$$ pot bonus added to Injustice and KoF 13 for now.
We’ll see what the other games will hold.

Also will Injustice be played on Xbox or PS3

I’m pretty new to all of this.

That said is there a possibility I’d be able to borrow a stick? I only have a ps3 stick.
