So if this combo whiffs on some characters, what would be his true bnb easy max combo now?

cl.mk, cr.lp, cr.mp should not whiff on any characters. If it does you can just cut out the cr.lp and link cr.mp off of cl.mk directly.

If you do a deep jump in you can do cl.mk, cl.mk, st.mp for even more damage, as well as after FADC.

What are all the moves that hit after ex.mgu?

M/H Upkicks, EX Sobat, NJ HP, Slasher (any), U2 and U1 are all the honorable mentions.

U1 is a poor followup since it misses most of its attacks. Good for a flashy finish I guess in mid screen without any other alternatives.

H Upkicks is best meterless followup mid screen when you can’t EX Sobat, though Slasher isn’t bad either, gives you a trickier setup to work with after hitting them.

EX Sobat is your best damage.

U2 is obviously best choice if you can get the dash U2 out or if you’re already in the corner where you don’t need to dash.

In the corner EX Sobat isn’t best damage anymore after EX MGU, use upkicks for more damage while only burning one bar for the EX MGU. L upkicks won’t connect, EX upkicks is a waste of bar never use it.

NJ HP in the corner is satisfying as fuck and usually happen so fast they don’t realize to tech the knockdown.

in another thread about maximum damage after FADC and stuff. You can squeeze a few more points of damage by using x2 cl.mk on certain characters or swapping st.mp for cr.mp on certain characters but for the most part those are the most consistent max damage combos. Findings basically say that MGU is worthless after FADC due to scaling, really only have Sobat to use.

you can walk forward nj.hp after ex mgu midscreen since they changed the trajectory. it’s now the best 1 meter damage you can get.

I prefer hk upkicks for the corner carry
