Somewhere to hold all your discussions for facing Blanka.

To start:

lp ball is seems to be only punishable on block with ex bolt.
mp ball can be consistently punished on block with mp bolt.
hp ball can be punished on block with f.hp.
hp ball on block can be hit out of the air with s.mp or s.hp and cancelled into vskill forward for a mixup.

Electricity seems a little easier to punish compared to SF4.
Most normals can hit it as long as the normal doesn’t step into it first.
Properly spaced j.hp and j.hk can hit it.
Both crossup j.mk and j.lk can hit it.

st.MP and HP bolt beat Blanka balls clean. You know they will still keep doing them regardless but at least you can chip them out pretty easily.

Blanka ball into v-trigger 2 follow up towards you is somewhere between even to -2. You can interrupt them with s.lp however they can choose to do ex upball.

I believe the lp ball canceled into rolling cannon can be as good as +2. Mp ball leaves him at +0 and hp ball at -2 when using rolling cannon.
