LP Criminal Upper is -4, but Gouken’s crouch jab is 3 frames. It’s a 2-frame punish and it works fine. The only problem is distance, so you have to assess whether or not it will work before you try it. However Gouken’s crouching jab does have deceptively good range.
Good, good, and remember ex tatsu beats a lot or almost all of his bullshit. His wake up game is worst than gouken IMO so I’ll abuse it with flip and flip throw!!!
Hmmm. The kind of Cody that knows when and where to use light criminal upper so that you cannot punish it because of pushback…that’s the kind of Cody player I have trouble with. The one that does not drop strings and does not give you a second to breathe. You are forced to guess focus or ex tatsu or kongo, etc. That one. I guess it’s just up to reads and reactions at that point.

with a little bobbing and weaving…i mean stand lp cr lp st lp cr lp or variations thereof , i imagine we can squeeze in 5 jabs or lights basically…to alot of the cast…I was testing on elena it was tricky but i got it to work, rolento and others wil be tested just for the sake of getting it documented…I started a lil over in labwork until we maybe start a new thread
