I seriously doubt that was match. I’ve spent quite a while watching vids (not that many of them) by match and dot and I’m damn sure that isn’t match. There were many giveaways, but the main one was that Makoto jumping three times in a row at the beginning of the round, and the Akuma player not dashing under even once! Even worse, he used the dragon as an anti air every single time. The makoto FINALLY took advantage of that in a later round where he tries to parry the hits (and still messes up). Or, for example, when the makoto misses the karakusa punishment - there is a textbook tactic for dealing with Makoto’s karakusa rushes with Akuma and this player wasn’t following any of it… One other thing is that 5 vs 5 acho cup - that Akuma player is some random person that no one really knows. Apparently he doesn’t play anymore. It isn’t match though… Someone else told me this so I’m not sure 100%, but the guy who told me knows his stuff when it comes to Japanese videos.

wow. regarding the harmonaz vs peaceman 1 vid… i did NOT know you could get a free demon after a blocked ken SA3. well ive never really tried except after makoto misses or chun i guess. When do you input the jabs?
edit- nm. tried in practice mode. damn thats easy. i did NOT know that was possible (nor have i ever seen that in videos anywhere). Is there any particular reason one wouldnt do that after a blocked super (assuming akuma has full meter)?
I’ve seen many Malaguena vids and im quite honestly astonished at how many people just eat his denjins…i dont think even i would be susceptible to that
