um no. He won’t be God Tier, but I won’t be surprised to see him at least middle tier or higher. The hitboxes buff that he recieved on certain moves, particularily his Ex FBA one is by far one of his best buffs.

Also since you can combo splendid claw off a cosmic heel on someone who is in the air. I wonder if you can combo it with a ST while they are in the air too like you can follow up a light ST into an EX ST kinda thing.

Noob tier whore will NEVER pick Vega.
Reasons:
- Noobs hate characters without a go-to-move
- Noobs hate characters without a “get the fuck off me” move
- Noobs usually hate characters that can’t throw fireballs or do something offensively from full screen. Gief is an exception because of the ease of lariat and jumping and spinning the stick wildly and hitting a button upon landing. Noobs all do the same thing. If you start beating them down a bit, they get scared of close range combat and try to run away to start throwing fireballs at you.
For all the reasons listed above, Vega will never be a noob whore character.

Also I was trying Focus as an AA just to see how good it would work. Was ok. Not really a good idea most of the time. Especially when the Tatsu whiffs through the focus and punishes you on the other side. Thanks though darkfroggy.
