Yeah, I’m working on my links and stuff. I’ve been practicing the j.hp, cl.hp into strong RCF. That combo is amazing and really catches people off guard because no one expects it.
What? No one expects jumping in attack after the jump? Are you in G3 or something?
It’s really hard to hit with this combo.
Good when it work, but not really practical.
If you do the cl.HP after a blocked j.HP, they can throw you; or you can eat a Shoryu after you cancel the first cl.HP.
A good jump-in combo in the guard is j.HP > c.Lp > c.Lk xx Lp.RCF
They must block low or they will eat the c.Lk xx Lp.RCF
After that, they begin to block low, and you can tick throw them after the c.Lp while they are in crouching position.
c.Mp > Ex Wall dive is really good, it work in many situation.
The best after a blocked tiger uppercut is : c.Mk > c.Lp > c.Mp > Ex. Wall dive > Izuna.
Not so easy to do in a match, but OMG it’s so good ! :lovin:
From a certain distance, when “c.Mp xx Lp.RCF” can’t connect, “c.Mk xx Lp.RCF” may connect.
You must punish people with all you got, when you had the chance.
Even when you have no ex bar.
I think it’s the only way we can win.

Man…curse all of you guys. I was perfectly fine moving on with life until i’m on some random site that mentions something about an Evo stream that’s up. So i get the stream up in time to watch the end of the Blazblue finals and ALL of the SFIV finals. But i still didn’t wan to play…i got an itch…but it wasn’t enough
And then i come here…
I see all the talk of reppin Vega at Evo and i absolutely well up with pride. Tatsu making out of his pool from hell (Valle and Gootecks? That’s not even cool), Bebop still playing claw even if it was only for two fights, the Vega Armada at Evo 10…
And to top it all off, i did a search for arcades that have SFIV and there are two within 20 minutes

The problem here is not that the link is difficult to pull off in a match, the problem is more like it’s too characterspecific and position/stance dependant. Imo the best way to go is cr.lk cr.lp ALWAYS, because it works
for reasons you have already said. Tick throws and all that - followup with rcf when no meter, it’s a really good jumpin.
I also use cr.mk -> cr.lp (mostly only works on standing opponents though)
Also, next time you fight a cammy, always remember to bust out your hardest hitting combo (cl.st.hp cr.mp -> Ex Dive) cause almost everything hits on her.
It will work only on very tall characters,though.
