Needs more df->RH mix-up on landed izunas
I counted 3 times where you landed an Izuna (from a non-EX walldive might i add. Good shit) and ate a Shoryu instead of crossing over and following it up with a tick to throw, jump back fierce, lk-EX walldive…something.
I think you would have wtfpwned him if you did that once or twice. But overall good shit. You’re way better at blocking and predicting throws than i am :tup:
You weren’t that bad, Rizhall. Good patience, nice teching. As Zero already stated, you should do more df.hk mixups though.
And maybe embrace the rushdown aspect, as dreads said.

Last time i checked, Yona was on the Top 6 and his last replay show me a decent Ryu. I think i won because he never played against a Claw before.

In the end i wanted to punish his jump with the ultra, but i was too slow. :rolleyes:
Against Ryu, i try to do the vertical jump at a specific distance : Where a Shoryuken can’t hit me and i can jump on reaction if he throw a hadoken, but near from where a Far.Mk can hit.
Not so easy, not very reliable, but it seem to work for the moment. :wonder:

I play similar to Dreadz, you’re just more…crisp and accurate with your execution. And better at defending, which is not my strong point

Tournament in Oakland, CA. 12 people, I got 5th. 2 wins, 2 losses. They’re all in the playlist. The match vs Dhalsim was my first time ever playing against Sim, and I kept insisting on trying to throw teleport attempts, and trying to find something to beat jump back fierce… at least I know better now. Besides that though, I’m not happy with how I played in any of my matches. I messed up a lot.
