The hype for Iron Fist stopped for me when I saw the C-tier choreography in the cage fighting teaser. Reminded me of those cheesey mid-budget American ninja movies back in the early '90s.
I feel sorry for the actor though. Based on the negative reviews this might end up being the first time a Netflix MCU-continuity main character had an actor replaced. I blame casting more than anything.

A TV prequel movie would be fine, and I would assume it’d be a younger (and cheaper) actress, not Scarlett Johansson.

2 shows in and I’m surprised, but I’m really digging it. Never knew anything about the ironfist, but the show at least shows him kinda like a pacifist that kicks ass.
Very intriguing so far, the trailer was wack and unbelievable, but the storyline makes his wackness and pacifism make sense.
hes not normally this…hes usually the first one to fight. but its clear hes got anger issues plus the power of iron fist hes dealing with.
