joygasm. this shit was sooo fucking good. Binged the whole thing over the weekend. Episode 3’s suicide was godlike “you coward!”, the thrashing DD took from Nabu was great, and of course the episode with stick was godlike.
Really amazingly well done.

I had ZERO interest in this series or anything to do with Daredevil to begin with… but after reading this thread and see all the praise it was getting, I got curious.
HOLLLYYY FUCKKKK!!! Wow, this show’s amazing! Just finished the 2nd episode and that hallway scene… what the fuck??? Felt like I was watching a fucking movie. Fuck that, this shit is better then a lot of movies! I’m fucking impressed with the show and Daredevil gained a lot of appreciation in my eyes.
Gonna watch the rest of the episodes and if it keeps up the pace, I can’t wait for season 2.
Daredevil is just something that works better in serialized format. Hell you can make that argument for a LOT of comic book heroes.
Series format works better in that characters get time to breathe

Actually really enjoying the character of Matt Murdock as well. He’s calm, decisive and always keeps a smile… but that just makes it so you don’t fuck with him.
But in the end he became foggy bear to marci’s booty call.
Unless Gao wants to do business in Hell’s Kitchen again I’m not seeing her plotline coming back to DD. When she was talking to Leland she said that the drug operation was merely a bonus to her true objective. Doubtful she’ll want to get back at DD for tanking her business.
Why play the game when you already got the free pass elsewhere?
