To Kanta or anyone else who’s played a build, how fast do assist come out and how fast does it take before they perform their assist attack. What are the limitations of calling an assist in comparison to MVC2. I know in earlier builds that you couldn’t call an assist during hit stun or while blocking. Has that change or are there ways around it like putting the stick to neutral during block stun then calling an assist. Do assists come in relative to your position or are they preset distances? For example, if I’m pressuring an opponent and then call Doom rock assist will he come in right next to the opponent? I’m trying to determine the viablity of a trap game in MVC3 and it relies heavily on how assists operate.
Could Viper’s Seismo assist anti-air? It seems to be similar to a corridor assist but less height. Dante’s seems to have the corridor assist but how fast does it come out?

They come out pretty quick. If you call one assist, you can call the second one out faster than the first but it’ll take longer for both of them to be used again (“Assist OK”) There’s more of a delay between the times you can call assists compared to MvC2, but not by much. There was a comparison somewhere, google it. As far as where the assists are positioned when they come out, it depends on the assist used, kinda like how it was in MvC2. And calling out assists follows the same rules as MvC2.
Dante does not have a GTFO assist. Jam Session does not function the same way as CapCorridor.
It seems that it will have a minimal effect on trap gameplay, imo

Second color isn’t really War Machine. It was the “Mark 1” color for Iron Man’s suit, I believe…
