During Comic-Con, Marvel Studios president of production Kevin Feige was asked by IGN if a new Marvel vs Capcom title will soon see the light of day, and he replied, “Yes. And maybe sooner than you think.”

Seems like they’re just blowing smoke and mirrors due to the various licensing issues Marvel has at this point

Yeah. He practically ignored about them.

Besides, I’d rather have something new to the table (like Tatsunoko vs. Capcom). Who cares if no one knows them? That’s the idea - it’s fresh.
