Overall, it’s how a player uses the character that makes it deadly. Yes, there are down side and what not. You may have an execution and what not. But, it’s how a player thinks a head before his/her opponent makes the move will determine the outcome. It isn’t the character, but it’s how you control the character.
yeah black heart not being banned is kind of dumb if thats the case i could just pick black heart and guile anti air and you would never get near me. black heart is more of a threat than strider. lol

He was banned in all low tier tourneys and with the online buff that he got, it should be very clear that he has to be banned.

It IS tough playing defense against msp in lag conditions though haha but its all good man i didnt expect to win actually, just cause i couldnt see half the things going on, not to take credit away from you though, you’re hella good.
