and I think pretty much everyone agrees that VDO’s team is not that good on paper even for a low tier team…so yeah saying the team is better isn’t saying much as many many many low tier teams are better on paper.

I don’t think people say that? hmm : /. but everyone agrees he’s godlike with the team (or, he makes it godlike). it’s practically just a random hodge-podge of characters. no safe DHCs…not good in many situations. he just has been playing it for so long and makes it work as best as he can. he is still coming up with stuff with the team relatively recently.
that’s why, even though there may be a lot of great/better players who technically choose “low” tier, I still like VDO’s gameplay because he’s great without using the formula for a good low tier team.
