There’s no bullshit “Who Wins Out Of Ten Matches” Theory Fighter chart I’m aware of. I could make one up for you if you need it, but it’d be absolutely theory fighter bullshit and a waste of everyone’s time. 
Marvel is a game duos and trios, so a “best of 10” chart would be humungous and unwieldy and unneeded. The character tier charts exist, the team tier charts pretty much exist, if you’re really trying to dig further than that you’d have to explain why it’s not an absolute waste of time versus just enjoying a highly complex game.
