marvel vs. capcom: clash of superheroes, runs pretty good… just a few minor things like bg missing when it shows chars vs. chars screen and in the char select screen:
Take that Cable.
your processor/CPU doesn’t support a cpu instruction called SSE.
some comps might actually have it but disabled, you just need to go in to your bios to enable it is what i hear
yea true, for people that are getting the SSE error can try to go to the bios and see if its disabled. if there is no option for it then your pretty much out of luck.
hmm i’ve heard when this hits ver 1.0 they’ll work on online play
Is there a way to play with a legit GD-Rom, or do I need to use a .CDI rip or burned CD?
i can’t get it to run off of my HD but it works off of the CD. Any suggestions to get the games to run off my HD?
I have daemon tools and set it the same way they instruct to do so, and it still doesn’t work
There’s no conventional way to get a CD or DVD rom drive to read a GD Rom, but you can burn what must be a self booting image file with a program like Disc Juggler and it’ll work, or mount the self booter to a virtual drive on your computer without burning using Daemon Tools.

I need help. I downloaded the latest version. The emulation still can’t recognize the game CD I placed in my DVD-Rom drive when I hit “Play”. Daemon tool is still running in the background though. I even tried open/close the DVD drive then open up Chanka, but it’s still not working. It was working fine before when the first version of Chanka came out last month. I don’t know what the hell am I’m suppose to do now. :bluu:
Any assistant/tip on this would be greatly appreciated. Please email me:
(just in case no one replies to my problem here in this forum)
post your problems at the official chanka forum(http://www.emutalk.net/forumdisplay.php?f=101)) they can assist you better.
Thank you for the link. I’ll try to get some help from there.
GRR!!!
Our laptops at work have Win2k on them by default. My pal who’s updated to XP can run the exact same setup I have and the exact image no problem. I can’t get it to recognize the cd. So I suppose it’s an Win2k/XP thing…hopefully they’ll get that fixed and then I can rip my own stuff…
My AMD at home just crashes when the Sega screen is supposed to pop up…sigh can’t win for losing…
http://www.fanix.com/files/fullscreen-setup.exe… program to fake full screen on the emu, looks nice… just set your task bar to auto hide
lol you can also just stretch the borders out and it gets it pretty close to full screen, what’s this utility I hear about that you can reduce the speed? I get up to like 80 fps on MvC2, especially during combos, turbo 3 practically.
