Dayum, I just start wondering what if Cap 3 would have been called something like “Captain America: Schism” and to be followed up by “Avengers: Civil War”… with the Defenders involved and everything, with all the rest of the Phase Three new guys and the Inhuman dudes from Agents of SHIELD.

Defenders would be very likely in Cap’s team, however, while probably the SHIELD guys would betray Steve and align with Stark.

Too bad Whedon decided to call on Thanos from the very beginning… But I still think we’ll see echoes of Civil War on Infinity War Part I.

Man lemme tell you about marvel and Magik. According to dumb ass Joe quesada… Magic has no rules. Their was a big falling out when the creator of Babylon 5 was basically the bendis of marvel for a while and tried to put rules to magic and Joe went dumbass crazy. Also this is when omd happened

There was a fantastic issue of Daredevil back with Bendis that really blurred the line between magic and all that shoryuken chi stuff. Typical Bendis, it’s like three hundred words too long, but it’s a fantastic fucking issue. That entire Daredevil run was really good actually, as long as you read it in a trade. But as single issues month to month…pacing was just too weird for that.

Pacing has always been a Bendis weakness. This dude would drag a 3 issue arc of All-New X-Men to 6 or 7. There would be issues where “nothing happened” was a genuine complaint.

Bendis always had a decompress style of writing. It worked great for his runs on Daredevil and Ultimate Spidey but I hated it for everything else he’s worked on.

At least we’ll get an episode of devoted to one of the side characters. He’ll give me an entire episode of just Chi Chi and Bulma having a chat in the park and shit talking their respective families and I would welcome it.
