Marvel Studios | The Infinity Saga ends

Shields, bows and swords aren’t intellectual property of Marvel.

I thought shit that happened in Shield lead right up to the intro to one of the movies.

Technically but it was never once referred to in the actual movie. People working on the movies had been saying that they’ve been basically ordered to ignore Agents of SHIELD.

pretty sure its been the other way around. lol. shit winter soldier saved shield from getting cancelled.

Winter Soldier set in motion the current awesomeness of shield

I know they’re gonna nerf black panther. dude has ultimate captain america body, tony starks brain in an iron man suit and they’ll still fuck it up

…yeah they sorta do. He was recently added to Deadpool books, but he has no ties to Mutants, X-Men, or Deadpool in origins. He was a minor Avengers hero, hence why Fox doesn’t have Taskmaster rights.

Then it has more to do with all the character’s publication history rather than his first appearance.

hrmmm I found out Marvel and Fox share the rights to the Skrulls…

interestinnngggg

616 Cap is above Olympic. We already know this. Dude would win every single medal if he entered.

Doesn’t change a thing. Marvel has a ceiling for what a “peak” human is, and that ceiling is Cap. He’s the greatest that a regular human could or supposedly will ever be, in every physical capacity. He’s just not “super”-human in 616.

You should know this shit by now, man.

Kang is one of Avengers premiere villains and Fox has their hands on him. Ronan the Accuser is hugely a F4 villain but he was used for Guardians. Film character rights are random as fuck.

Kang is a descendant of Reed Richards, and thus property of Fox. Ronan is Kree, which was property of Marvel.

Yeah, there’s no ACTUAL precedence. Rights were handed out basically based on whatever Fox thought was useful at the time they received them.

Not the point. Kang is an Avengers villain not a F4 villain. His rights should be with Marvel but isn’t. Like Saitsu said, there’s not actual precedence to this.

Yes it’s the point. Reed and all his family, belong to Fox. Even his great great great great grand kids.

You act like Kang has any importance to the F4. His relation to Reed, if there’s one to begin with bears no importance to his character. A loose family relation is not enough for the character to fall under Fox. If that were the case than Fox should had Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver on lock instead of sharing rights.

Scarlet and QS weren’t his kids when they were first introduced. Kang was Nathaniel Richards the moment he came about. His history is entwined with Reed’s. You can’t introduce Kang in a universe where Reed isn’t allowed.

Iron man [x]
War machine [x]
Deadpool [ ]

WRONG

No he wasn’t. Kang’s connection with the F4 were retcons. Kang being Rama-tut is a retcon. Regardless, this does not change the fact that Kang is closely associated with the Avengers. He should be an Avengers property.
