The only problem I have with Miles being spiderman in the movies, is I dont know anything about him. And dont really care, mostly cause I do not read comic books anymore.
If they set him up in the comics, I’m all for him. He earned his place in Marvel, somewhat, and judging by what I’ve heard, he’s a superhero that a vast majority of kids of all races/religions/creeds, can look up to, and want to be.
My issue was when they just wanted to start a Spider-Man movie, and people were asking for him to be Spidey. Fuck that, gotta earn that shit in the MCU, too.

new spiderman looks exactly like mark bagely era peter parker from ultimate spider-man. i thought they were gonna go a few more years younger but i dont hate him. he def has way more of a “i wanna punch his face” than andrew. I always felt andrew looked too cool to be hs peter…he looks like college peter but hs peter was def alot more of a introvert for a long time.
