At least its release means the script and art are done. No more delays (I hope).
After reading Mystery Men they should have got Liss to finish that The Twelve story. He kinda did something like that with characters appearing around the same time
Man I reread The Twelve recently to be ready for #9 and…I feel really bad for Captain Wonder =(
So did anyone read last week’s Legacy? Gage is doing a good job of giving everyone a distinct voice and Exodus was awesome as was the scene with Kid Gladiator.
Check out another comicbook segment from our show! Other than that, Uncanny was good so was xforce…Havent read ASM yet.
Both were really good but I enjoyed ASM more this week. Some really good Silver Sable and Mary Jane moments. Humberto’s pencils were spectacular once again.
Yo Sano did you read the latest Venom issue?
I don’t read Venom so no. Can’t really get into Flash Thompson as Venom. And I love the character Flash Thompson but this change is too drastic for me.
I like Anti-Venom (um, assuming he will resurface after Spider-Island) so if Flash Venom’s the trade off I guess it’s cool. I’ll deal with Flash Venom as an ASM guest star and not on a monthly basis.
Once again Peter Parker loses his real best friend in his book. Harry’s always been the ‘bad friend’ and always will be. Sure Flash started out bullying Parker but seeing that grow into a friendship has been great. Slott used Flash a lot when Big Time started, kinda miss that.
I know X-23 is in the new Venom crossover and while I like Redeemer most of the time, Marjorie Liu’s the only one whose written X-23 in a way that made me like the character. So keeping away.
And female Ghost Rider… UGH… It’s a damn shame because GR was a great comic while Blaze was in it. As soon as he left that book fell apart. So the less I see her the better.

Well I’ve heard good stuff about this first issue of the arc, and it has Blackheart as the villain.
Yeah Marvel has not been doing good stuff with Blackheart lately either. Last I read he looks human now. Why? No one liked the first Ghost Rider movie geez…
I just hope the second Ghost Rider movie is better. At least it’s not from that scrubtacular Daredevil / Elektra director again.

Umm Blackheart looks like how he appeared in MSH in this story.
That’s good that they switched him back. I’ll stick to back issues though since I have no intetest in reading this one.
Redeemer even mentioned Blackheart’s ‘human time’ in a recent interview. Cross your fingers that it’s not something he wants to touch upon. Since I’m not reading it I could care less.
Ah I remember when Blackheart was fighting Ghost Rider and Wolverine on Earth during his battle against his father and not Ghost Rider and Wolverine’s female counterparts. The good / bad old days.

Avengers vs. X-Men #1 preview!
EDIT: Wolverine and the X-Men was INSANE once again this week! Big up to Doop imitating Cameron Diaz from the movie Bad Teacher.
Cover reveal with Iron Fist and Phoenix! No not Iron Fist with the Phoenix force, he’s chilling with the character Phoenix! WHAT THE… Well it might be Hope wearing the clothes. Assuming Hope doesn’t turn out to be Jean Grey after all. Blarg at least they’ll clear all that up once this story ends.
