Nah I think he wants a pulitzer. 
It’s still a good read to see how JMS originally wanted OMD to end. I agree with JQ that if they went his route it would’ve retconned way too much continuity. I still think there had to be a better way to get rid of the marriage that didn’t involve Mephisto.
A divorce really doesn’t sound so bad in light of all of this, IMHO. BND is practically written as if they got a divorce anyway, since that’s exactly how Peter and MJ act around each other. Ah well.

Loved Avengers Prime this week! X-Men Legacy is always a solid read.
Too lazy to read those JQ interviews, but could someone give me the main points of it? ^_^;
SOUTH PARK’S MR. GARRISON: OMIT is good, Spider-Man Marriage is bad. M’KAAAAY?
A lot of the stuff he talks about, with dual realities is pretty tricky to get into. I’m not saying you should read anything he says if you don’t feel like it but I’m not sure you can explain some things with just a few words. You know like OMIT retconning OMD out of existence… Yes if that made you say WHAT??? then read the interviews because I’m not even going to try. He does explain it in a way that does make sense, KIND OF because… It’s OMD???
Why a story that’s not as complicated as something written by say, Morrison or Alan Moore even needs this much explanation which I dunno, you should probably just get from reading the story itself is beyond me… Well I’m never going to read OMIT so whatever.
One thing he did clear up is the little girl in OMD was not Baby May, IE the baby that Norman kidnapped ‘supposedly’ since they purposely left clues to indicate that as a possiblity. Even though Marvel’s official word has always been that it was a miscarriage. During OMIT MJ imagines having a little girl with Spider-Man, and the little girl in OMD was plucked from her imagination. WHAT??? Anyway after OMD / OMIT MJ was never pregnant in the first place.

Man these interviews are just making me want to read Slott’s run less and less. The first issue better be REEEEEALLY good… Maybe I’ll hold off until I read some reviews or something. And not Anti-BND bias reviews, I’ll try to jump around to see. This is all just one big train wreck…
