Something tells me Earth will get involved with Marvel’s next cosmic event this time around. At least that’s what I think that one vision Steve had was all about.

Well DnA are writing Thanos Imperative which is a monthly 40+ page comic, so they’re definitely heading it up. We’re back to the awesome of Infinity Gauntlet except this time Adam Warlock is evil ans has an entire Cancerverse to command.
Wait, does this mean Spectacular is done? 
We still don’t have an official confirmation that it is over but it is highly doubtful that the show is coming back. :crybaby: Haven’t checked the interwebs in a while but I don’t think Weisman has responded to the situation yet.

Greg Weisman: I?ve heard nothing directly from Marvel, but I think the Ultimate Spider-Man announcement makes it fairly clear that Spectacular is over.

Does the announcement of the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon mean that Spec is officially done? Also is there any chance you could get the gig voicing him in this new project? Are you auditioning? Josh Keaton: ?Although they haven?t said anything to us, that announcement pretty much seals the deal. There is a chance I could voice Spidey but I will most likely have to go through the audition/casting process again. Hopefully some of the same people (producers, show runners, voice directors) come on board to make getting that part a little easier. As for promotion, I?m not sure. Last I heard of Jubilee she was de-powered on M-Day so no idea. Why she’s a vamp will probably get revealed in whatever story these teasers are pitching.

I’m interested in X-Man though. I wasn’t going to read this X-Men thing at all but this time I might. I don’t know who is writing this but I thought X-Man’s speech at the end of Dark X-Men ended the series incredibly well. Cornell also did a nice little spin on how Osborn’s goblin personality works.
ugh i hated dark xmen so much… it was so random its like they made things up on the fly… X-man did have some cool lines tho.

The artwork in Second Coming is pretty good but there’s gotta be more to this storyline than X-Men vs. humans and robots pretending to be humans. Give me Apocalypse or Mister Sinister. Hell give me both.
The new Power Pack comic was pretty neat. Alex’s explanation of Thor makes some pretty good sense O_o
Steve Rogers news. I like this change as long as he starts using guns. Only problem is Eaglesham moving off of Fantastic Four and I really enjoy his artwork. At least it’s temporary, so it won’t be earth shattering like no more Immonem on Ultimate Spider-Man.

By the by, I read Agents of Atlas the other day. Pretty damn good. I recommend it. Sad I didn’t know about it so I could support sales while it was being published. It’s coming back as simply “Atlas” though.
That’s one of the things I like about Marvel. They know how to bring characters back into modern times. Sometimes reinventing them and, of course, giving them new costumes that don’t look so lame.
^ I got issue 1-3 and i thought i’d hate it… A freaking ape, old school robot alien and a john woo lol… But its really good. And its not as cheesey as you’d think it should be.

Yeah AoA is one of Marvel’s gems for quite sometime (well since it came out) Parker is showing that Marvel got some bright future with their writers (well him and Hickman)
