Disney has Boom studios publishing Donal, Mickey and Uncle Scrooge comics, among other franchises, wonder if that’ll affect it?
Mind you I really hope Disney’d give the OK to make animated series based on various Marvel titles (Here’s hoping for an animated adaptation of Ellis’ Thunderbolts)

Since Boom just started publishing Disney characters it probably won’t have any effect for right now.
I liked Boom’s Donald Duck story with him being an undercover spy. The Walt Disney Comics story using all of the characters rarely known super-hero identities not so much, seems a bit overkill. Although it’s obvious they want to get super-hero fans to check them out so I don’t mind it. It was pretty cool that they mentioned St. Canard in the first issue, Darkwing Duck’s hometown. 
Mostly waiting for Boom to start reprinting some old Barks and Rosa stories. They said they will so it’s just a waiting game now. There are still a few Carl Barks TPBs cost a ludicrous amount of money. Last I checked, the Carl Barks Library is going for 94 dollars, A VOLUME! Which would be fine, but… BARKS WROTE OVER 5,000 STORIES! Sooner or later that will break you. Uncle Scrooge ain’t the richest duck in the world for nothin’…

Have u read the Mickey Mouse comic they publish? The current story is a WoW-ish adventure, but it’s quite fun :lol:
Ya know I’d kill for a mini starring Darkwing Duck =/ I know there was one made years ago but I believe it was just an adaptation of the first eps.
I tend to not mess with Mickey Mouse comics too much. Exept for some Floyd Gottfredson stories whenever I can find a reprint. The Ducks have Barks, Rosa and Al Talifiero’s old strips. Mickey just has Floyd really. Mickey in comics hasn’t been as lucky over the years.
That is until BENDIS gets a hold of him. :badboy:
