this happened over the summer. martial arts tricking for those who dont know is a underground sport that combines martial arts, gymnastics and some bboying. i like to say its the bastard cousing to parkour/freerunning. since freerunning uses alot of our techniques.

its not parkour…its martial arts tricking.
but you just said parkour uses a lot of your techniques… all i’m seeing is technical and precision spinning.
all YOU see is just practical technical spinning. i dont get, whats hard to get about his statement. We invent corkscrew, they do corkscrew too. We do hypertwist, they do it too. If youre talking pure gymnastics, like double backflip or double front flip, thats pretty much in (gymnastics,) parkour, tricks, breakdance.
I dont think Parkour is the bastard cousin of Tricking. Its just when we do it some people think its the same as parkour. I dont care if they do Tricking moves off ledges or what not.
