played sf4 and HDR…sf4 got to losers 2nd round lost to madbooface, HDR almost got out of my pool in losers but murphigator pulled it out with guile in our match everything was really close.
Cost is one dollar for the whole night.
We have 3 TVs and 3 Xboxs set up simultaneously. 4 or 5 arcade sticks available and lots of regular controllers. Also there’s at least one converter that lets you use a PS3 controller on the 360 if you really have to.
We just all take turns on all the stations, everyone lets everyone else use their sticks/controllers.
I have MvC2, CvS2, A3, GGAC, 3S, and a PS2 I can bring if anyone’s interested.
Does anyone know what time registration will be ending tomorrow? I would assume it will be at 1:00 again, but there’s nothing specific on the site/facebook

Toshin, why wern’t you there!? Anyways, I walked away with the win, was really tough though, I couldn’t stand after a few rounds, it was an amazing time.
Also, we’re doing casuals from 6:30 until around Midnight on Monday’s, I’m sure you’d be welcome to come if you had the time from work.
I had plans to make it but I don’t think you guys wanted the small cold I picked up, my nose is a fawcett right now…don’t worry the stories of the trip aren’t going anywhere

I picked up MvC2 today and am totally stoked…
I am currently living in Truro but will be moving in to Halifax for school mid-August.
Just wondering… Do you guys play much at the Last Gamestore on portland? Fighting games are always more fun playing in person. I’m not really that good yet, but I’m looking at really getting into MvC2. Would be wicked if there was a place to play regularly with a bunch of people.
The Last Gamestore on portland has a MvC2 cab, But I’m not sure how many people play it.

I heard the Darthmouth store is closing? Whats up with that? they closing up forever? they moving? I was looking forward to casuals…
They are closing the Dartmouth shop and just having everything at the Clayton Park location in Halifax. They still plan on having some tourneys and stuff I think.
