In races, that holds true… In battles… 3 red shells is the greatest thing ever.

I thought so… but what’s the difference between 1st and 4th place? I don’t understand.

Blue shell blows up the first place racer and everyone who’s in its way, shouldn’t it be higher?
Blue shell should be in god tier.
If you forget to throw it and keep it until you are in first place the blue shell will turn around and hit you.
Also it is very prone to hitting walls or falling off cliffs when it tries to readjust itself to the center of the track.
That would be true… if 3 red shells were in battle mode.
The thing is 3 red shells can be avoided if your far away from the player who has them, also taking some short cuts can get away from them, the only way to get away from the blue shell is getting a lucky item like star or gost, or stopping and letting 2nd place pass you. Blue shell is a nightmare for any 1st place driver

only vs red and green shells
It doesnt matter. Sit in almost last place, wait til you have 3 red shells surrounding you and a star in your inventory. Then on the last lap go to town
Mario Kart is broken if you play it right
We should evaluate all Mario Games IMO. Then Lightning, Golden Mushroom, Bullet Bill, and Chomp (he was in double dash right?) IMHO is top. Unless we factor in rarity, then Bullet will probably move down. But for 64? Lightning
Blue Shell was dodgeable in MKDS though. Wasn’t even that hard to do when snaking.
So can we be expecting any form of high level MK in future majors or events? MMs even? 
I could’ve sworn there was a Mario Kart side tourney at Evo once.
How is Blue Shell not top?
