looks pretty good, consistent light sourcing for the most part.
Add some highlights, I think it’d liven up the pic.
you might consider using a different font, though. It just screams “Boogie Nights” to me, which is so incongruous with a goth daughter of Mafia boss.

Great design. I’d just soften her features up alittle just so she looks a bit more sexier. It’s really only the shape of the head thats the probelm. Otherwise it’s looking really good.
