It’s my pleasure. How many should I bring? New buttons or switches? I’ve got all dem shits. Well, I guess I should ask, is this idea cool with Larry? Anyway, let me know what to bring and I should have it. I think I have 13 Happ Competitions on hand currently, and I have no real plans for them.
I have an entire bag of probably 50+ happs competition buttons/replacement switches from ECC that I will never use, since I use Hori sticks now, and I’ve been booted off the “ECC Organizers” commitee. If you would like me to bring them for this tourney, let me know, and they’re yours.
Okay I gotta hope I can learn stick for NGBC…oh boy lol. Not looking forward to that…

I figure most everyone has had more of a chance to play NGBC on PS2, so at least there would be more ppl entertaining the idea of entering it if it is console. It’s up Larry, but both home and arcade will be there.

The date has been moved to March 10th-11th. Also 3S may be changed to console due to lack of cabinet’s avalible for FRX. I was told that some people would only bring cps3 boards and other cabinets were broken at this time. I personally think all of the bitchin about cabinets is the problem. I’m not saying anyone is lying to me, but if anyone that has lend me their cab is pissed off because of the bitchin over playing on their cab’s I want to say one thing to you guy’s:
I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND WHY you wouldn’t want to be in a hurry to fix or lend me your cab’s for FRX!
You don’t have to lend me shit and I won’t hold a grudge against anyone that feels like people don’t appreciate the effort you put towards the scene in lending your time and equipment. If I can’t secure atleast 3 cab’s for 3S it will be on console only.

Can we please grow up? If anyone has taken my OPINIONS as posted in this thread as a reason to not donate your cabinet setup for Final Round, I think that’s really pathetic. It’s pretty obvious that ShinBlanka and RoninChaos and others are busting their balls to get this thing going, and just because we had a DISCUSSION about console vs cabinet it’s NOT a reason to start backing out. IF THIS IS THE CASE then I really hope you will rethink your decisions about donating your 3s cabinets.
ShinBlanka, I apologize that this has happened, I had no idea that trying to have a discussion about this issue would cause so much trouble, and now I’m pretty pissed off. If this ends up being console I will help in any way I can with ECC supplies, but if you do get enough cabs I will still bring those new buttons for you as well.

Well what done is done now. All we can do is move forward. I can’t wait to see everyone. FRX is only 4 months away. I need people to remember that I need those hotel rooms to be sold. I got 30 rooms this year due to our rooms got sold out last year. When your make your reservations at the hotel tell them you are with the final round 10 group.:wonder:
