Any rules decided on gems in SFxTK? IIRC Evo is allowing the new 5 universal presets but nothing else.
Yea gems are allowed but only the default joints.
I don’t know if we announced this to the rest of the public or not, but after doing a lot of research and comparing other popular games vs umvc3 duration of matches in a 3/5 format I have found that UMvC3 is by far the fastest tournament game by far. So much that my concerns of having umvc3 on 3/5 fit within the schedule we are going to prepare for FR16 have vanished. So I just want to make it official anouncement for FR16 that UMvC3 will be 3/5 for the entire tournament. (That means during pool play and after pools) More news to come in the up coming weeks about FR16! There’s only 52 days until the hype is UNLEASHED!

You weren’t kidding, seems like all the FR rooms have now sold out for the tournament dates. I knew I shoulda taken care of my room earlier 
I had more rooms added to the group rate, but they only have Single King Size bed rooms. We have sold out of the double bed rooms for the entire weekend over the past 24 hours! You can request a roll out bed with the singles. You better to get a room before they are all gone! The hotel is almost at capacity with FR16 attendance.

Just pre registered this morning, I have a question though. I’m from NC, I listed my city as Newton because that’s where I’m from. But should I have put Charlotte instead? Newton is a small town a hour away from Charlotte and I sometimes attend the Rock’em Sock’em tournaments that are held there. I didn’t think about this at first, but am I at risk of being thrown in a pool with those guys for not listing that city instead of mine?

After seeing the king rooms open up, I just changed my reservation from 2xdouble to king, so hopefully a group can take advantage of this and snag my old room. I’m staying solo so the bigger bed works out for me.
