All the updates will be in by tomorrow, so check back on Sunday and that will serve as your confirmation. As long as you have that and/or a PayPal receipt at the door, you’re taken care of. Thanks to all of you that decided to register early, you’re saving us and yourselves a lot of time later and for those that are going to register at the door please be at the door on March 2, 2012 at 7:30am est. Due to the shear amount of people attending FRXV we need to start the door registration earlier than normal. The ballroom will not be open until 10am.

I just got the ok from work so i will mos def be attending fr this year again. So hyped for this! I can"t wait to be a part of the 15th anniversary celebration. Larry has always done an outstanding job getting his crew together and running one of the longest fg events in the south so let’s all continue to support final round each and every year!

Ok there are a few people that sign up for games but didn’t sign up for badges! You guys will have to stand in the long line also.
This year will be the biggest FR! We have 300+ in UMVC3 and AE 2012, 200+ in SCV, 100+ in KOF13 and MK9 that have sign up online! That’s not counting who will come during the door registration! Man I only ordered 1500 entry badges and 500 emergency entry wristbands and i’m worried about twice as many signing up at the venue! If you are getting here on Thursday March 1, 2012 PLEASE come down to the ballroom and get your badges early around 8pm! This will save time on the door registration which we are starting earlier on Friday March 2, 2012 (7:30am est) due to the amount of people that will be at FRXV! There’s only 4 days and 21 hours until THE HYPE COMETH!!!

Yeah, we’ll have a random point in the night where we’ll set up. It’s kind of hit and miss, there’s no set time, just stop by and someone will tell you where to go and when 
For EVERYONE that paid online registration for your game and not your badge or vice versa you better get here early on friday morning because your registration IS NOT COMPLETE! For those that didn’t online register at all you better be here bright and early on Friday March 2, 2012 because registration ends on friday! We had online registration up for 6 months so I hope you guys can make it out, but if you get here on Saturday thinking you are going to sign up for a tournament you’ll be sadly mistaken. There’s only 4 days until FRXV eve so get hype people!

Larry, I have a quick question: Are we able to hook up our game system(s) to the tv provided in the hotel room? Is there some sort of protection device on the back? Are the tv’s flat screens, or old fat tv’s? Thanks!

On that note, and apologies if this has been asked, can we show a photo ID as proof of identification? Or maybe an eye patch in my case?

Is Anyone from the Boston Area (or MA) gonna make it to FINAL ROUND. We know how expensive it is so we put together some packages that can be affordable to anyone who wants to go, and who has not gotten they shit together by now. I have already booked 3 hotel rooms and will be canceling them if we don’t have enough people to roll. I also got a great group rate on a bus ride down to ATL. The packages also cover your food for the two days of the tournament. Pre-registration is already closed so we would have to register when we get there by 10am Friday morning for those of us who havent’ registered yet. So the packages we’re offering are $250 and they include round trip travel, 3 meals for the two days of the tournament and hotel accommodations. We are also offering a package for $225 but you won’t get to sleep in a bed, and those spaces are limited. We would have to leave Wednesday night at 11pm, and we need at least 8 people to make these deals work and right now we have 4, so please let me know AsAP if you want to take advantage of this. I am suppose to let the bus company know by Monday (today) so the sooner you get back to me the better. (PM me your info if you are ready to pay for your package now)
