I’m not denying it doesn’t happen here, because it does. But this trend is way more common outside the US.
The fact that nobody cared, but the higher up dude went and acted with no external pressures shows he doesn’t value freedom of expression. He has his head so far up his ass
lol against corporations, you slapping them with your limp ass wrist like that?
Fuck that, they caused me lost wages, mental and physical anguish, psychological damages, whiplash, ashy elbows, and various other expenses…that shit demands $$$
Hmm i was at that game lol. In fact i saw her and the camera guy standing ouside the venue after the game. I can believe that people were upset after the match somehow this joke of a soccer team know as toronto fc has fairly hardcore fans… Well i guess its the same reason i dont understand why the toronto maple leafs have fams when they suck so much ass. A bunch of drunk red necks.
This is SJW tactics 101. Find out where man lives, complain to his boss and destroy his livelihood. This guy wasn’t the first guy to get fired for having an opinion and he won’t be the last.
FFS the man who lost his job didn’t even make the Fuck her in the pussy comment, it was some other dude. All he did was laugh and tell the reporter it was funny.
I personally don’t have Facebook or out myself online because I don’t want some random sjw cunt using anything against me. Unlike this guy working in Toronto (very competitive city to get any job that pays over 50k/yr) my managerial position is not as easy to replace where I live, but you can never be too careful.
If you hated on this guy just because he made decent coin id rethink the situation. Do you really want to encourage shit like this happening to yourself one day? Rhetorical question.
I don’t agree with it but that’s just how companies roll. It definitely shouldn’t matter whether an employee smokes weed at home but they still do drug tests. In this case it is highly likely that somebody was going to track him and then talk shit about the company. The company preempted a huge media battle over nonsense. This explanation is neither endorsing nor condoning the company for what they did.
If you guys wanna mount a campaign, go after the reporter for simply targeting her rage at a random group of blokes that just had a laugh at some random shit happening. She technically used her reporter priviledge of invading personal spaces because its part of her job to satisfy an entirely personal situation. Whether those guys laughed at the comment or not has jack shit to do with the soccer team.
It’s fair play from the reporter. Freedom of speech. The guy chose to be an asshole so she then chose to the smarter asshole. And she got him fired. End of story, she wins he loses.
I mean, come on. The whole F her right in the P is ALWAYS directed at women but because there is not direct indicative as to whom they’re talking to, people can always just say ‘‘nah I was just saying it to no one’’. But it’s fairly obvious that it’s meant to annoy women and taunt them for a reaction. And average dudes fail to see that women get this kind of shit everyday. It’s not just this particular meme but the catcalling, following, whistling and all the other bullshit in between. I have two sisters, I have a wife and I’ve had my fair share of ladies, i’d know. You’d all be just as pissed were you in the same situation.
All in all, freedom of speech does not give freedom to consequences. Imagine that was your sister or girlfriend and you were there and started to hear a bunch of dumb insecure morons giving in to that primitive group mentality hollering shit like that. You’d want to burn them all alive.
She didn’t go after the guy who said it, she went after a random bystander who laughed at it. That had nothing to do with: 1) The original story of the game and 2) the fact that some person said fuck her right in the pussy while she was interviewing somebody.
That’s like seeing somebody get shot and a reporter getting mad at you 'cause you got shook.
Also FHRITP gets screamed at all reporters regardless of genders.
I’m just about tired of people using that bullshit logic to justify and/or enable someone being socio-economically crucified for saying something that hurts or offends someone, or worse yet stating an unpopular or controversial opinion. Unless someone does something that’s against the law and directly puts a liability on your company then you have NO FUCKING RIGHT to dismiss them based on something they did or said in their private lives. Take your “Morality Clause” and shove it all the way up your fucking ass.
Free speech may as well be non existent if saying the wrong thing can have you crucified by some psycho-emotionally weak pussy with a victim complex.
Most good jobs have those. They want employees acting like idiots and it getting back to the company thus making it look bad. GGs for him, shouldn’t have been an ass clown. You wouldn’t believe the hoops teachers have to jump through because of things like that in the teacher contracts. Such is life.
Edit: dude wasn’t even the one to say it. Apparently this is a thing in Canada though. Leaving the whole thing up because Code of Conducts are still some shit. On to more canadian hilarity:

The whole “fuck her right in the pussy” started in America, not Canada, you guys ain’t THAT cool, relax.
crazy that some people still haven’t seen this, i remember being like the 2000th viewer on most of those videos before they blew up, i guess that’s why. ( a no im not trying to sound cool, i don’t care, fuck off hipsters)
