I cant get the correct timing with a late tsurugi. There must be a thousand setups of strange tsurugis.

Try :
- dash forward > 6mp > forward IA tsurugi … It works on a lot of char except gouki.
- dash forward twice > forward jump late tsurugi (the vryugi)
- dash forward twice > forward jump HP (i saw vryu did that on gagapa (dictator) … wondering if it works on everyone …)
- lp fukiage > forward IA tsurugi
