Thanks for your feedbacksand the review of the Akuma vortex
In my case, I chose U2 for those reasons :

[]if the opponent can apply a really strong vortex (yun / akuma / ibuki), I try to use it only to escape (from the feedbacks, I understand that I should do it in certain condition, e.g. not in the middle of the screen). So once I eat a knockdown, times to times I mash the U2 motion, if I see that the enemy is not doing anything, I try to not press 3k, if he jump I try to catch it with U2 except if itās a safe jump (I just flee in this case), and times to times when they do ambigous fake meaty, I do U2 to flee away. Last situation is when they are at not so close from my distance (e.g. Iām on the corner they are on middle screen), I just do U2 in the same position as I was, if he try to poke, it usually counter him since his hurtbox is more close from my distance, otherwise I came back from where I was and if do in certain condition, itās quite safe (it works quite well, but you have to be very carefull about the distance)
[]if I have trouble to grab the opponent (e.g. zangief, anyway he have a good vortex but due to his size, itās harder to flee safely, I also use it on chun-li because I have big trouble to karakusa her, but I think I should take U1,)

By the way I never do the setup for U2 crossup, I have to learn that later
I have no idea why I never went in training mode to train to punish akuma teleport, I could have win much more if I did it properly, most of the time, after a tsurugi during his wake up, if he goes for teleport, I always said to myself I couldnāt have time to punish, well I will do that right after
So you mean that when Iām in poke range, I should only do cr.mp without the OS ? (except if itās obvious that I could link)
it sound like a stupid question, but usually I always do cr.mp hayate, donāt know why, bad habit
Need to train that, I miss a lot of damage because of that!
about U2 to punish teleport, how do you usually do in real matchs ?
wait / see / reflex U2? or keep the pressure with meaty / tsurugi on his wakeup then instant U2 reflex?
By the way against characters who have inv move in 3 frame like shotos, do you āsafe jumpā them often? (since itās not really safe jump if they shoryuken)
