It’s another option. If you standing roundhouse xx Red Focus Dictator’s standing forward, he’s gonna be hesitant about throwing out that standing forward when you have 3 bars. It’s expensive, but it leads to a lot of damage in situations that Makoto’s current meter usage cannot.
So if we’re close enough can we now forward MP, forward LP, EX fukiage as a combo?
