Canada Cup Gaming Presents: April Duels II April 6th and 7th 2013

We’re on the move! Canada Cup Gaming is proud to announce that we’ll be heading west!
April Duels II will be happening in Vancouver, BC at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.

DATE: April 6th - 7th 2013
LOCATION: Vancouver Sheraton Airport

OFFICIAL TOURNAMENTS:
KOFXIII
SFxT: 2013
UMVC3 +$1000 pot bonus
SSF4:AE2012 +$1000 pot bonus

All Tournaments will have a standard 70/20/10 distribution

(Remember that it’s always in Tournament Standard Time and subject to change!)
Saturday April 6th the Venue will be open 11:00AM – Midnight
Sunday April 7th the Venue will be open Noon to 10:00pm - Later if we are running behind schedule.

FORMAT:
All games will follow previously established Canada Cup Gaming tournament formats.

All Games will be run on XBOX 360

VENUE FEES:
Venue Fee: $35 Pre-Registered. $45 on site.
Weekend Spectator Passes will be $10 each.
All Games $10

Pre-registration will be open until 9:00AM on April 4th. The venue caps at 400 people; so if we sell out, no additional passes will be available at the door.

Accommodations: The Vancouver Sheraton Airport has a special rate for all single and double rooms of $129 (+ applicable taxes) per night running from Friday April 5th to Sunday April 7th.

Salty Suites will be open on Saturday night and free to all hotel guests. Non-guests may expect a cover charge (TBD)
