Mad Catz Tes+ not working after I turn again computer

Hi. I am using Mad Catz TES+ arcade stick on my laptop and when I turn off computer or put it to the sleep mode, it is not working after and I need to reconnect it again when in Windows. It’s a minor issue, but is there any way to fix this?

The stick is not intended to be plugged in all the time.
Windows can be finicky with certain devices
