Seeing as they probably got more than a few orders over the weekend and are only sending them out today I’d give it some time if you ordered late yesterday or anytime today. I was gonna buy a brawlstick and sanwa parts, but then I figured the cost of also replacing the hideous artwork made the savings margin too slim and ordered the te stick.

I had the same question and figured it would be after the sale. That’s why I just went for the mvc3 te.
Yeah I ordered last Friday and mine says “In Progress”. I’m sure it’ll ship soon but I thought it would have shipped by now, especially since I chose 2nd Day Air…
Same here, except I ordered mine on Saturday. Hopefully it ships tomorrow.
Edit: I just got an email that my order is now shipping and the good news is that it’s arriving tomorrow since it’s shipping from their distribution center that’s 20 minutes from my house. Good thing I got the cheapest shipping since i totally forgot they had a branch out here.
The Gameshark store can sometimes be a little slow updating that stuff. I’ve had stuff in hand that was still listed as ‘pending’.
Just ordered another TE-S during the sale. Arcade sticks: they’re like a disease, and I don’t want to be cured.

Got my TE-S stick and out of the box there are nicks here and there, buttons were scratched, and the plexi is coming apart from the artwork near the turbo button area. It almost feels like it was a refurb joystick.
Hopefully MadCatz can help me out with this.

The stick itself works great. Everything is just cosmetic.
2 emails and 20+ min on hold with Mad Catz and I still haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone. We’ll see what happens.
I ordered one of those myself during the sale. If mine shows up looking like that, MadCatz will be getting some phone calls from me as well.
Sucks, man. I hope it is just single case of that happening because I ordered the same stick and don’t want my first stick to be a used one, especially if I’m paying the price of a new one. Alas I gotta hope my order first gets out of the pending-purgatory before anything else. It says it’s in stock and I ordered it sunday night so idk wtf. 
I don’t think it’s used, but I do remember the Round 1 sticks had issues like this when it first came out. Scratched buttons, plexis, and stripped screws. I have the problem with the stripped screws on the bottom of my Round 1 stick.
My Chun-Li TE-S I ordered direct had some dings and scratches on it. I don’t think MadCatz is selling used stuff; I just think their quality control is lacking.
(but hasn’t that always been the case?)
So my PS3 Kombat top plate came in today. NO GOLD KEYCHAIN, even though it was specified in the packing slip “Comments: FREE Keychain”. Called tech support, was told if it didn’t come with one, they ran out, too bad for you. I told them I wanted the order returned, since there was a discrepancy between the packing slip and what was physically in the box, they said that EVERY order placed over the weekend had the same thing on the packing slip, I told them it doesn’t matter, there was still a discrepancy between the packing slip and the box, they offered me a blue keychain since they were out of gold ones.
They really need to update the system so that when the 300th (or whatever) order has been filled, the comments section goes blank instead of saying FREE KEYCHAIN right there in your face.

Moral of story, be prepared for the packing slip to say FREE KEYCHAIN, but of course one not being there.
